Katie Scott | Solutions Consulting Director, Globoforce
With more than 20 years leading global rewards teams for high-technology companies, and after her overwhelmingly positive experience as a Globoforce customer, Katie joins the Globoforce team as a Solutions Consulting Director where her focus will be on thought leadership and providing a customer perspective during the sales process. Previously, Katie was Senior Director, Total Rewards for Shutterfly, Inc. where she led compensation, benefits and HR Systems teams. Before Shutterfly, she was Director, Global Compensation for LSI Corporation and had success implementing innovative programs, like Globoforce's recognition solution, as well as new incentive and performance management programs. Before that, Katie held HR leadership roles at FormFactor, Cypress Semiconductor and Lam Research, and also led a product development team at the consulting firm, iQuantic, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from UC Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources, from Drexel University.

Paula Fitzgerald Boos has been helping leaders and teams achieve greater success and satisfaction in their professional lives for 20+ years. Mark Avery | Chief Compensation Officer and Founder
Mark has over thirty years of compensation experience - including seven in corporate compensation management at Nortel Networks and seven as a consultant with Mercer. In 2000, Mark founded MarketPay which now provides its On-Line Market Pricing System to over 650 clients, and was CEO of the company until its merger with PayScale in April 2016. Mark now serves as Chief Compensation Officer at the combined company, and leads product development efforts for services targeted at MarketPay's traditional client base, i.e. large enterprises with compensation professionals utilizing traditional survey data. Karin recently joined the law firm Perkins Coie as their Staff Compensation Manager. Prior to joining the Perkin's Human Resources Department, Karin spent 11 years as an HR and Compensation Consultant. She started her consulting career at the accounting firm of KPMG in their Compensation and Benefits tax group. From there, Karin moved into human resources consulting, working at the consulting firms of Mercer and Milliman, where she consulted on both executive and broad based compensation issues such as, base pay analysis, incentive plan review and design, equity incentive plans, salary structure design, and various other compensation and performance development issues. Karin joined the NCRF board in the spring of 2015 as the new Special Projects and Survey board member.
